Through hands-on workshop experience and technical instruction, students master system design, installation, blueprint reading, and maintenance of modern piping networks, drainage systems, and water supply infrastructure. KEY LEARNING MODULES Pipe Assembly & Joining Techniques: Threading, soldering, brazing, solvent welding, and mechanical joining across copper, PVC, PPR, and galvanized iron systems. Blueprint Reading & System Layout: Interpreting architectural drawings, isometric plumbing schematics, and local plumbing code specifications. Sanitary & Drainage Systems: Design, layout, and installation of soil, waste, and vent (DWV) piping systems. Water Supply Infrastructure: Hot and cold water distribution, pressure regulation, backflow prevention, and pump installations. Pipe Fitting & Fabrication: Precision cutting, bending, flanging, and aligning pipes for commercial and industrial applications. Inspection, Testing & Maintenance: System pressure testing, fault diagnosis, leak detection, and preventive maintenance.
