The Floor & Wall Tiling/Screeding department provides comprehensive, practical training designed to equip trainees with industry-standard skills in surface preparation, substrate screeding, and high-precision tile installation for both residential and commercial projects.
Program Objectives

Substrate Preparation & Screeding: Master floor level assessment, mortar mixing ratios, self-leveling compounds, and moisture barrier preparation for optimal tile adhesion.

Tiling Techniques & Precision: Gain expertise in layout planning, setting control lines, and cutting and setting ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic tiles.

Grouting & Surface Finishing: Learn proper application techniques for cementitious and epoxy grouts, expansion joint management, and surface sealing protocols.

Tools & Safety Management: Gain hands-on competency with tile cutters, wet saws, laser levels, and safety protocols required on modern construction sites.
Entry Requirements
Skill Certification / Trade Diploma
